I am Lorri Soqui, author of "Be Healthy on Purpose - The Soqui Method". A Mind, Body, and Nutrition Specialist with 35 years of experience, my goal is to help you live a Pain Free Life! As an ASFA Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Trainer, a student of Egoscue body movement and years of continuing education in physical therapy, I've discovered an overall break-through view of how bad posture is the cause for most pain and how the human body can heal itself through specific exercises. For the past 10 years, I have introduced the Soqui Method to the world. I utilize my own method in my Healthy Posture class that I lead in St. George, UT as Summit Athletic Club. The Soqui Method is for any fitness level of all ages and puts your body on track to get out of pain by strengthening targeted areas in your body. The impact of my teaching has been massive.
